A workshop on the German House in Ho Chi Minh City will take place in Hanoi on June 11-26, under the supervision of Prof. Meinhard von Gerkan, President of the Academy for Architectural Culture (AAC).
18 Vietnamese architects and 6 German architects will be divided into six groups. Each group will research architectural designs for a new German Consulate and Cultural Centre, the German House, in Ho Chi Minh City.
An exhibition presenting the results of the workshop will be organised at the Goethe Institute in Hanoi from June 27 to July 8, under the framework of “Germany Year in Vietnam”.
