The Ministry of Construction announced that it will launch a real estate trading floor for the whole country in July through websites www.sanbatdongsan.net.vn and www.vietread.net.vn.

The Head of the Housing Management Department, Nguyen Manh Ha, said the websites will contain the logos and domains of all participants in Vietnam’s real estate trading floor. Customers will deal directly with enterprises through links on the website to conduct real estate transactions. When a product is sold, enterprises will be responsible for informing the website’s administrator, so it can be withdrawn from the list.

The trading floor will help create close cooperation between management agencies of land, price evaluation and planning to limit unreliable advertising. State real estate management agencies will find it easier to exchange information about the market, make adjustments and draw up appropriate policies.
