After reaching a peak of VND31.3 million/tael on September 29, domestic gold prices fell by VND120,000/tael earlier this morning.
In Hanoi, at 10am on September 30, SJC gold was transacted at VND31.14-31.20 million/tael. Meanwhile, in Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Can Tho, it stood at VND31.14-31.18 million/tael.
Domestic gold prices have been affected by world gold prices, which were listed at US$1,307-1,308 per ounce on the last day of September.
