The event is organised by the Vietnam Shooting Federation in coordination with the General Department of Physical Training and Sports.

The tournament draws the participation of 70 athletes and 18 coaches from 9 units across the country.

Participants will compete in single and team events. Men will join in such distances as 90m, 70m, 50m and 30m, women with 70m, 60m, 50m and 30m.

The championships will last until April 27.
