A walk was held in the south central province of Khanh Hoa on July 22 to raise funds for Agent Orange victims (AO).

More than 4,000 people including youth union members, state employees, soldiers from the People’s Armed Forces and generous people participated in the walk.

This was the first time the walk has been held in Khanh Hoa province to mark the 60th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27).

The organising board collected more than VND50 millions from the participants who wished to help relieve the pain of 365 AO victims in the province.

The walk was co-organized by the war veterans association, the Agent Orange victims association and the summer steering committee of Khanh Hoa province.
