Provincial leaders reported that despite the impact of the global financial crisis, Vinh Phuc has maintained its economic growth rate at 6.74 percent, surpassing the projected target.   

Its current industrial output is the seventh highest in the country and the 3^rd highest in northern region.

Mrs. Doan appreciated Vinh Phuc’s great efforts over the past years and expressed her wish that the provincial Party committee and administration would continue to fulfil all the set targets and deserve more.
