More than 60 Vietnamese businesses will take part in an annual trade fair to be held in Laos's capital of Vientiane from August 30 to September 5.

The 2007 Laos-Vietnam trade fair, co-organised by the ministries of industry and trade of Laos and Vietnam, is aimed at boosting investment promotion and trade cooperation.

Vietnamese businesses together with more than 100 enterprises from Laos will display their products at 300 in-door and more than 100 out-door exhibition booths. On display will be farm produce, foods, agricultural machines, garments and textile and handicrafts.
