An exhibition showcasing opportunities and advantages to invest in Mekong Delta infrastructure projects opened in Can Tho city on July 10.

The exhibition has drawn more than 37 businesses from across Southeast Asia  to the list of national and regional traffic projects that need investment.

The event is part of the Mekong Delta Economic Cooperation (MDEC) Forum held annually. The forum this year highlights transport-related development that aims to build a complete traffic system in the region to motivate development of other industries, the organising board said.

The exhibition will run until July 12.
