Pham Quynh Giang, deputy director of the Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Joint Stock Co (Vinexad), said the four-day exhibition is one of the largest industrial events held in Hanoi since the equitisation of State-owned enterprises began and since Vietnam’s accession to the World Trade Organisation.

The exhibition will be organised this year to show off machinary and automation, plastics and rubber, and packaging and printing industries.

Jointly held by Vinexad and the Hong Kong-based Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service Co, the event is expected to draw the participation of 128 domestic and international companies from Japan, the Republic of Korea (RoK), Malaysia, Singapore, mainland China and Taiwan.
