A groundbreaking ceremony for Vietnam's first football training centre on an area of 7.2ha will be held next Saturday in Hanoi, according to the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF).
The school will be equipped with four stadiums, gymnasiums, two dormitories for trainees, a kitchen and cafeteria. The world football governing body – FIFA – has contributed US$400,000 to the US$4.4 million project which is expected to be operational in July 2007.
