During the opening day of June 15, the food fair attracted more than 200 visitors, who came to enjoy Vietnamese food, the most popular of which were “pho” (rice noodle soup) and “nem” (spring rolls). In the following days, Vietnamese food stalls at the fair received an average of between 300 and 400 orders a day.
During the fair, participants also had a chance to enjoy Vietnamese music shows featuring singers clad in traditional “ao dai” (or long dress) and music played by Vietnamese traditional instruments such as monochords, zithers and string instruments.
