The company has provided households in the province with materials and equipment for production, valued at more than VND18 billion.

To date, the households in the province have produced a record amount of more than 5,000 tonnes of honey, 2,000 tonnes higher than the same period last year.

Daklak plans to produce 8,500 tonnes of honey this year, accounting for half of the country’s total volume, of which 7,000 tonnes will be for export.

Buon Ma Thuot City has sharply increased its honeybee breeding. Many households have 200-300 wives of honeybees, some even up to 500-900 wives.

In 3 months, these households can produce from 5-25 tonnes of honey, valued VND150-750 million.
