The Vietnamese national football squad has received the invitation from the Indonesian Football Federation to play four friendly matches and attend the Anniversary Cup 2006 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
However, the Vietnam Football Federation only accepted one friendly match in October as the three other matches in July, August and September coincide with Vietnam’s national football championships.
