Vietnam, Estonia sign visa exemption agreement
(VOV) - Vietnamese Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and his Estonian counterpart Urmas Paet have signed an agreement on visa exemption for diplomatic passport holders of the two countries.
The signing ceremony took place in New York on September 27.
The same day, Minister had bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Djibouti and Papua New Guinea to strengthen bilateral ties.
He also sought support for Vietnam’s United Nations Human Right Council membership bid in 2014-2016.
