Urban Lounge

To celebrate Taste of Australia, Urbane Lounge - Pop UP Burger Bar at Pullman Saigon Centre brings diners the authentic recipe for a mouth-watering Aussie Beast burger with sour dough bun, Aussie beef, pickled beetroot and cheddar cheese.

The lobby lounge also offers Vietnamese-style breakfast with Vietnam’s top listed food - pho and other authentic cuisine like banh mi (Vietnamese-style baguette), com tam (broken rice), and saute noodles.

The Urbane Lounge is running a challenge for customers to finish 1.5 kg of chicken wings bucket in 15 minutes. This challenge values VND755,000 net (one drink included) and completely free if participants win the game. The winner will also receive a year-long voucher worth of burgers.

During April, ladies will enjoy free entrance on Hollywood night on April 13. Especially, they can enjoy free flow of special cocktail from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and gentlemen can expect exciting performances from belly dancers.

Food ConneXion restaurant

The Food ConneXion restaurant on level 3 will offer dinner buffet with a theme by day of the week. 

There are culinary delights with Italian specialties such as Bruschetta (Italian bread with tomato sauce), Fritto Misto (fried seafood), and a variety of salads and pastas. All are available on Mondays and Tuesdays.


Guests can enjoy a feast of Japanese Flavors such as Miso, Yakitori, Sushi and Sashimi on Thursdays and Fridays.

On Wednesday and Saturday night, Seafood Extravaganza will bring guests an unlimited seafood selection, with a variety of fresh and diverse options, from prawns, crabs, oysters, salmon and octopus. Moreover, diners will be served a Boston lobster cooked on request among steamed, roasted or baked.

Parents can enjoy a variety of food options from different cultures, with two specialties which are roasted rosemary lambs and egg in shell with asparagus and dried tomatoes.
