Co-organized by the Thai Ministry of Commerce’s Department of International Trade Promotion, the Trade Office of Thailand in HCM City and the Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Company (Vinexad), the event will draw Thai businesses in automobile and motorbike spare parts, beauty care and health care, fashion, education and cuisine.
As Thailand and Vietnam share many social, climatic and cultural similarities, some processed food, dried fruits, drinks and healthcare products are familiar with Vietnamese customers’ habits. Thai products are attractive to Vietnamese businesses because of their eye-catching designs and competitive prices, not to mention franchising and supporting to online sale.
Different from retail fairs of Thai products as previously, the business-to-business (B2B) program which has been implemented over the last three years within the framework of the exhibition has helped connect businesses effectively. Up to now, around 1,500 meetings among businesses have been arranged by the organizing board.
