According to the magazine, Nguyen Anh Duc is the top scorer in the V-League 2017 and the first local-born top scorer in over 15 years.
Dinh Thanh Trung of Quang Nam FC is also highly rated by Four Four Two due to his impressive performances this season which helped his club to lift their first ever V.League 1 title.
He is also considered to be one of the potential candidates in the race for the Golden Ball Awards 2017.
Meanwhile, according to the magazine, Van Quyet, at the age of 26, has already accomplished a lot in his career, including leading Ha Noi FC to V-League titles in 2013 and 2016, and to the quarter-finals of the 2014 AFC Cup.
Luong Xuan Truong ranks in 24th place on Four Four Two’s list.
“Luong’s K-League adventure may not have attracted similar regional hype to Chanathip Songkrasin’s move to Japan, but this midfielder has bags of potential and could be among the players that lift the perennial underachiever tag the Golden Dragons have attracted in domestic competitions,” says the magazine.
Truong has also been named in the Vietnam U23 squad to play in the M-150 Cup 2017 in Thailand from December 9-15.

Other Southeast Asian players in the list are Irfan Bachdim of Indonesia, Safiq Rahim of Malaysia, and Aung Thu of Myanmar.

Six football players of Thailand and eight of Australia are also in the list.
