Following its implementation by the organising committee of the campaign to develop Vietnamese corporate culture, the project is part of a programme that calls on businesses to unite in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic.

The project also aims to address the urgent needs of labourers who lost their jobs as a result of the epidemic whilst simultaneously helping enterprises who are unable to recruit the personnel they require to function.

With the goal of providing 200,000 job opportunities in more than 10,000 businesses nationwide, in addition to connecting 100,000 candidates with firms, the non-profit project will be deployed on the online employment ecosystem of Sieu Viet Group for three months and may run for longer depending on developments relating to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Aside from supporting workers to find employment, the scheme offers training programmes aimed at strengthening connectivity in investment, changing business models, accelerating digital transformation, and building a fruitful corporate culture.
