Outbreaks were detected in local districts as hospitals at grassroots levels have been overloaded.

Thanks to early detection and treatment, no fatalities have been reported.

To limit the HFM cases of death, the provincial medical sector has disseminated information to improve awareness of the public particularly school teachers and baby-sitters at kindergartens about preventive measures to control the spread of the disease.

The provincial health sector has also sprayed chemicals and disinfected the affected areas at 60 outbreaks in the province to avoid further spreading in the coming time.

Children and adults are advised to wash their hands before eating and after using the toilet to prevent risks of infections.
