Of the latest patients released from hospital, all are Vietnamese. One of the patients was discharged from Sa Dec General Hospital while each of the remaining cases was successfully released from Bac Lieu General Hospital after going on to make a full recovery.
In order to be eligible for discharge, the patients had to test negative for the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the COVID-19 several times consecutively.
Moreover, none of them has been displaying any symptoms of the virus such as a fever, a cough, or shortness of breath.
Following their release from hospital, each individual is now set to be placed into quarantine in order to undergo a mandatory 14-day observation period in an effort to ensure that there is no possibility of the virus reoccurring.
At present, the country has recorded a total of 293 recoveries, while the remaining 35 COVID-19 patients are being treated at medical facilities nationwide.
