(VOV) - An exhibition featuring the foundation and development of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) opened in Hanoi on January 15 as part of activities welcoming the 12th National Party Congress.
On display are nearly 800 photos, documents and items highlighting the formation and development of the Party’s reform policy during the past three decades.
The event introduced Party guidelines and policies throughout its 11 national congresses, as well as milestones and achievements under the Party’s leadership since 1930 especially during its 30-year Doi Moi (Renewal) process.
The displayed items include a number of memoirs and documents from the lives and political careers of Party leaders, along with writings and interviews printed in books.
The event running until February 25 give visitors a chance to learn more about the birth of the CPV, the key role played by President Ho Chi Minh and the leadership of the CPV in boosting the country’s Doi Moi process and international integration.
