The Vietnamese Embassy in Japan dispatched staff to assist these people to finalize all required procedures before boarding the flight.

Vietnamese authorities and overseas missions are set to arrange more such flights to bring more Vietnamese citizens home due the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, depending on their need and quarantine capacity at home.
