The listing released on March 5 salutes those companies that operated in the country during 2014 who are setting the standard for leadership, benefits, work environment, training programs and more.
Unilever topped the list, followed by Vinamilk, Microsoft, Abbott, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, HSBC, IBM, Coca Cola, and Pepsi. Twenty domestic businesses made the top 100 with the balance consisting of multinational ones.
In addition, the survey provided a ranking for companies with the best working environmentsbroken down by sector. FPT group took the top spot in the retail and wholesale sector while Vingroup was the head of the real estate, architecture and design sectors.
Microsoft topped the software technology and outsourcing fields while Viet jet took the lead in the tourism, hotel and restaurant areas. Samsung was the vanguard of the electronics, technology and auxiliary equipment while Nike was the leader in the garment and shoes sectors.
The organization board also unveiled the six most attractive employers for which Vinamilk, Unilever and Intel were included.
Anphabe CEO Thanh Nguyen said the survey will help businesses determine their strengths and weaknesses in order to increase their attractiveness in the eyes of employees and applicants.
