The PM highlighted the university’s high quality teaching and the joint project as a “lighthouse” in the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Germany.
The government leader affirmed Vietnam’s recognition of great importance to and its desire to develop its strategic partnership with Germany. He said he hopes Ghawami, as a close friend of Vietnam, would continue helping foster bilateral cooperation, primarily in education and training.
He also asked the administration of the Hessen State to support initiatives celebrating the 45th founding anniversary of Vietnam-Germany diplomatic ties in 2020 whilst revealing that the German state will work out cooperation plans with Vietnam, including the building of a specific programme to mark the event with the country’s Ministry of Education and Training.
Both sides are about to sign a bilateral agreement on education-training soon, the German guest added.
