Egg coffee - or 'ca phe trung' - is a blend of coffee and egg whites, folded with sugar, drank hot or cold. Visitors can try ca phe trung at Café Giang-39 Nguyen Huu Huan street, Dung Café -13 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, and Pho Co Café -11 Hang Gai street. Rolled noodles.
