(VOV) -While Russia and the West seek a solution to the Ukrainian crisis, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker has called for the creation of an EU army, igniting a controversy among EU countries and worsening Russia-EU relations.  VOV comments:

Peace talks between France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine will be held in Minsk on February 11 to seek a solution to the crisis in eastern Ukraine.
