With his popularity among young audiences and his professional, positive image, ISAAC is expected to inspire Vietnamese travelers to explore Taiwan’s diverse offerings, from natural landscapes and local cuisine to cultural experiences.

Derek Chou, Director of the TTA representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, highlighted ISAAC’s special connection to Taiwan. His music video “Tôi đã quên thật rồi” (I Really Forgot), the most viewed on ISAAC’s YouTube channel, was filmed entirely in Taiwan.

According to TTA, the number of Vietnamese visitors to Taiwan (China) has been steadily rising. During the nine-month period of 2025, Vietnamese tourist arrivals increased by 15%, making Vietnam the second-largest source market in Southeast Asia. Taiwan continues to regard Vietnam as a key market in its promotional strategy, with a view to attracting travelers to experience Taiwan’s rich and varied destinations.

During the past ten months, Vietnam welcomed 17.2 million international visitors, up 21.5% year-on-year. Taiwan ranked third among source markets, with about 1 million arrivals, following China (4.3 million) and the Republic of Korea (3.6 million).
