A ceremony was held to inaugurate and hand over the newly upgraded Laos - Vietnam combat alliance monument in the northern Lao province of Xaysomboun on November 28.

A friendship park project funded by the Party Committee and authorities of the northwestern province of Son La was inaugurated at a ceremony in Laos’s Xaysomboun province on January 7.
