VOV.VN - Russia is considering establishing a Russian language training centre for the entire Southeast Asian region in Vietnam, to promote cultural exchange and strengthen mutual understanding, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Nikolayevich Chernyshenko.

The Hanoi University of Business and Technology (HUBT) and the M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University of Russia co-hosted the third international conference titled “Russian Language in Asia” in Hanoi on November 25.

A seminar was held within the framework of the Vietnam Week in Russia on April 23, offering a chance for Vietnamese students to share their experience in studying the Russian language, as well as mastering knowledge during their study there.
