The central city of Da Nang and Pyeongtaek city of Republic of Korea (RoK) on April 2 agreed to promote exchanges and collaboration in key sectors, including semiconductors, high technology, clean energy, logistics, and port operations, as well as education, culture, sports, and labour.

The Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, the President, the Government, and the National Assembly on April 2 sent a message of condolences to their Lao counterparts over the passing of General Khamtay Siphandone, former President of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee.
