General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam hosted a reception in Hanoi on April 28 for Secretary General of the ruling Mozambique Liberation Front (FRELIMO) Party Chakil Aboobabcar, who is on a working visit to Vietnam.
