VOV.VN - The Ministry of National Defense held a ceremony on February 24 to present the President’s decisions on the deployment of officers to United Nations Peacekeeping Missions and the European Union Training Mission in African countries.

The Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations and the EU Delegation to the country shared experience in peacekeeping and looked into the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) at a meeting held both in person and online on September 28.
