Vietnam vs Borussia Dortmund match to be broadcast globally

VOV.VN - The Vietnam national team are scheduled to play Borussia Dortmund in a friendly match on November 30 and the match will be broadcast live globally, according to organisers.

The match will take place at My Dinh national stadium in Hanoi at 7p.m. and will be broadcast live to serve not only local football fans, but international supporters around the world, said Julia Farr, senior manager international and new business, sportive co-ordinator at Borussia Dortmund, and Suresh Letchmanan, managing director of Borussia Dortmund in the Asia-Pacific region on October 26.

Do Thanh Tung, deputy general director of Next Media Company, said the match would help the Vietnamese national team to improve their expertise, whilst local football lovers would also have the opportunity to witness world class footballers play in Vietnam.

The friendly will be an excellent opportunity for the coaching staff to test their line-up and make the best preparations possible ahead of the AFF Cup 2022.

The fixture is surely to be an exciting match, with the best Vietnamese players taking on a leading German side Borussia Dortmund, Le Hoai Anh, general secretary of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), stressed.

Tickets costing VND0.8 million, VND1.2 million, and VND1.6 million are available via the VinID application from 3 p.m. on October 26 until November 3.
