Vietnam to face Thailand in final of AFF Women’s Championships
VOV.VN -The Vietnam women's national football team are to take on host nation Thailand during the final round of the ASEAN Football Federation Women’s Championships, with the tie scheduled to take place at 18:00 on August 27.

He added his belief that the Vietnamese team are capable of beating Thailand, who have won the competition three consecutive times.
Earlier in the tournament Vietnam enjoyed a 2-1 win over the Philippines in the semifinals thanks to a 41st minute strike from Huynh Nhu and a 57th minute effort from Tuyet Dung. In the other semifinal, Thailand defeated Myanmar 3-1.
Taking place ahead of the final, Myanmar will play the Philippines at 15:00 on August 27 in the competition’s third place playoff.
