Vietnam in group A for Asian volleyball event

Vietnam will be in Group A with Thailand, Iran and Chinese Taipei in the upcoming Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championship, according to the event’s draw held on March 27 in the northern province of Ninh Binh.

Group B includes China, the Republic of Korea, Kazakhstan and Japan.

The tournament will be held in the northern province of Vinh Phuc on September 14-20.

The event will be broadcast live on the SMMSport channel of Thailand and Vietnam’s VTC channel.

Vietnam ranked fifth at last year’s event.
