VOV.VN - The Vietnamese men’s national football team held a special training session in Hanoi on October 1 in which the squad practiced traditional training drills from the UK known as “Kick and Rush”.

Fitness coach Park Sung-gyun began the training session by guiding the footballers through the first exercise. The players had to sprint between cones for a short distance at a high intensity. |
The warm-up exercise tired HAGL midfielder Tuan Anh. |

The squad’s oldest member is striker Anh Duc (R) who looked weary at the start of session. |
