VOV.VN - Jordan Parra of the Ynghua Dong Nai team was the winner following nine stages of the 28th version of the Mekong River Delta cycling tournament, known as the Gao Hat Ngoc Troi Cup, clocking a time of 22 hours 0 minute 13 seconds on his way to victory as the event closed in Can Tho city on August 20.
