Honda Vietnam becomes main sponsor of the Vietnam national team
VOV.VN -Honda Vietnam has signed a contract to become the main sponsor of the men’s and women’s national football teams as well as for the U23 team for the next two years.

Speaking at the event Keisuke Tsuruzono, general director of Honda Vietnam, said it was an honour for the company to put its name to the country’s football team. He went on to say that Honda hopes to contribute to creating new values and standards within the country’s football scene in the hope of bringing joyful experiences to millions of Vietnamese football fans.
He also confirmed that the company will give their support to a variety of levels of the national teams as they prepare for a busy schedule. Major upcoming events include the SEA Games, the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship, and qualification for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Le Hoai Anh, VFF General Secretary, added that Vietnamese football needs sponsors to contribute to the development of a successful future.
