First batch of tickets for Vietnam-Malaysia sells out in five minutes

VOV.VN -The first batch of tickets to go on sell for the upcoming clash between Vietnam and Malaysia in the Asian zone’s second qualifying round of the World Cup 2020 sold out within five minutes.

Of the tickets, those priced at VND500,000 sold out in just two minutes.

Despite the quick sells, local football fans will still have the opportunity to purchase tickets via the VinID app in two remaining time slots. The next batch will go on sell at 15:00 today, with another going on sell at 22:00 this evening.

The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) have stated that they will put 27,000 tickets for the Vietnam-Malaysia tie on sell until 17:00 on September 23, or alternatively until the tickets are sold out.

Approximately 3,200 tickets will be sold to away fans and be available to partners of the VFF.
