ATF U14 & Under Junior Series – Grade A kicks off in Da Nang

The Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) U14 & Under Junior Series Da Nang Cup 2019 – Grade A opened at Tuyen Son Sport Village in the central city of Da Nang on October 12

The tournament drew the participation of 128 young athletes, who will compete in the men’s singles, women’s singles, and men’s and women’s doubles.

Prominent players are Rushil Khosla of India, Chang Woo-hyuk of the Republic of Korea and Danir Kaldybekov of Kazakhstan, who claim the top three positions of the men’s Asian U14 rankings.

Vietnamese players qualifying for the main round include Pham Tuan Hung, Tran Quoc Cuong, Ta Phuong Nam and Bui Hoang Anh, among others.

The tournament, which will run until October 19, is expected to help young Vietnamese tennis players to gain more experience, said the organisers.
