Wanted Chinese fugitives arrested in southern Vietnam

VOV.VN - The police of Binh Duong, a southern province in Vietnam, in collaboration with their counterparts in Mong Cai city of northern Quang Ninh province, have arrested two Chinese nationals wanted by Chinese police.

Zhang Guo Zhong, 50, and Pan Jianlei, 38, were detained when they were hiding in An Phu ward of Thuan An city, Binh Duong province.

According to Chinese police, Zhong was wanted by the police in Fuzhou city on a charge of organising criminal gangs and arranging a series of murders. Meanwhile, Pan was wanted for intentional injury.

The provincial police are currently making necessary procedures in order to hand over the two Chinese criminals to relevant Chinese agencies.
