Vietnam, Japan University to open Sept 9

VOV.VN - The Vietnam-Japan University (VJU) will officially open its campus on September 9, according to an announcement made on June 6 by Tsutomo Takebe, a special advisor to the Japanese Diet.

It will open on a small scale with its head office located in the Hoa Lac urban area of Hanoi, before upsizing its scale over the next few years, according to the announcement.

The announcement was made at a welcoming reception for Mr Takebe by members of the Vietnam-Japan Group of Friendship Parliamentarians in Hanoi at which a wide array of issues such as politics, economy, trade and energy were addressed.
