VOV.VN - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc led a delegation in offering incense to pay tribute to the Hung Kings, the founders of the nation, at the Hung Kings Temple relic site in northern Phu Tho Province on the morning of April 25 (the tenth day of the third lunar month).
