Midday fire devastates Hanoi home
VOV.VN -An explosion and a burst of flames alerted neighbours to a structure fire on February 15 at a residence located at Number 40 on Bat Dan Street.

The blaze, starts at around 3:20pm, sending clouds of black smoke billowing high into the sky over Hanoi. |

Flames can be seen bursting out from the residence, quickly spreading to adjoining structures. |
