VOV.VN - Residents across several districts of Ho Chi Minh City have been spotted breaking rules on wearing masks in public places, despite the southern city moving to penalise any violations as of August 5.
The morning of August 5 sees residents in a number of roads such as Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Hue, and Dinh Tien Hoang, in addition to local parks including Hoang Van Thu and Tao Dan, abide by recently-imposed regulations on wearing masks in public places
