Ha Tinh city imposes social distancing from midday on June 8
VOV.VN - Social distancing measures has been imposed in the central city of Ha Tinh on June 8 noon under the Prime Minister’s directive 16 amid increasingly complicated developments relating to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the city.
Local authorities make the decision to apply these measures during an urgent meeting held on the morning of June 8 by the city’s Steering Committee for COVID-19 Disease Prevention and Control.
The implementation of the order comes following the detection of a COVID-19 case in the city involving an employee working at Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital.
At the meeting, the Steering Committee discussed a range of urgent solutions aimed at preventing the spread of the pandemic, along with ways to quickly identify the source of the infection whilst tracing people who may have come into contact with the COVID-19 case.
