Four more bridges spanning Red River to take shape in future

VOV.VN - Consultants have completed survey designs for an additional four bridges spanning the Red River in Hanoi to be built in the coming months.

The four bridges, namely Van Phuc, Thuong Cat, Tu Lien and Tran Hung Dao, are designed to help the capital city reduce congestion and complete traffic infrastructure as planned.

The four bridges are scheduled to take shape by 2027

They are among 17 bridges that span the Red River under a transport planning for Hanoi till 2030 approved by the Prime Minister.

Among the 17 bridges, seven have been formed, namely Long Bien, Chuong Duong, Thanh Tri, Vinh Tuy, Thang Long, Nhat Tan, and Vinh Thinh.

The remaining 10 bridges will be built from now till 2030, with Van Phuc, Thuong Cat, Tu Lien and Tran Hung Dao due to take shape by 2027.
