Dutch national arrested for stabbing his Vietnamese wife to death

Kenter JacoBus Johansen, 63, was suspected of killing his wife, Le Thi D., with two knives in their home in Da Lat City of Lam Dong Province on May 2 afternoon.

Johansen confessed that there were a quarrel between him and his wife in the afternoon, and during the argument, he lost control by using two kitchen knives to stab his wife several times on the body.

The suspect even informed Ms D.’s daughter and fled away with the knives.

Hearing about the news, the police launched an operation and caught red handed the suspect withdrawing cash at an ATM in the locality.

At the police station, the suspect pleaded guilty.
