Dozens injured in bus collision in southern Vietnam
VOV.VN - A sleeper bus collided with a truck in Binh Phuoc province, southern Vietnam, on December 26 evening, leaving dozens of passengers injured.
The accident occurred at 23:45 on Nguyen Hue road heading to Dak Nong province, said the police.
The Collison was so strong that both vehicles were thrown over the opposite side of the road dozens of meters. The driver of the truck was thrown out of the vehicle and fell onto the road. Dozens of passengers on the bus panicked.
Some passengers suffered severe injuries and they were taken to nearby clinics for emergency treatment, said the police.
The front of the truck was completely deformed, while the sleeper bus was badly damaged.
The cause of the accident in under investigation.
