Elsewhere, according to the municipal People’s Committee, Hanoi will narrow lockdown areas as its strives to restore production and business activities. In addition, the capital will not conduct large-scale lockdowns, but will instead focus on specific areas to effectively control the pandemic.

The imposition of lockdowns will strictly follow directions set out by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Health.

The city will therefore create all possible conditions to ensure the recovery of production business activities and make it easier for people's lives moving forward.
